Asbestos Inspections
AquAeTer provided environmental site assessment (ESA) services to a developer who was planning on constructing a retail pharmacy on the site of a former hotel in West Point, Mississippi.
Phase I/Phase II
AquAeTer was retained by a commercial real estate developer to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). While conducting the site reconnaissance, it was noted that a portion of the subject property was utilized as a gasoline station during the 1950’s.
Phase I ESA
AquAeTer provided Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) services to a developer who was renovating a former four story department store in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana into a retail pharmacy and office space.
Phase I/Phase II
AquAeTer has prepared Phase I ESAs, Transactions Screens, and NEPA Screening and Reporting for over 1,000 communication tower sites from California to Washington D.C. This work has been on-going as part of regional build-outs for various clients.
