AquAeTer is often retained to provide litigation support and potential expert witness testimony in cases where there is
a dispute concerning the source(s) of environmental contamination and the periods during which releases to the environment occurred (contaminant release dating). These projects typically involve site visits and the (often extensive) review of documents, data analysis and interpretation (e.g., aerial photographs, chemical fingerprinting), and the use of mathematical models to evaluate the fate and transport of key chemical constituents in the environment. Senior AquAeTer scientists and engineers are also well-experienced in deposition and trial testimony.
